American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology recommends an exam every year with pap smears starting at age 21; some pap smears can be spaced out to every 3 years if low risk and meet certain criteria; a baseline mammogram yearly after age 40; bone density screening when menopausal or if you have risk factors for osteoporosis. It is always good to discuss your personal risk factors and family history with your physician to gauge when these tests should be done for you.
